Cancellations & Refunds

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time (or no-shows) will incur a 20% fee based on the price of your scheduled services.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to reschedule appointments when possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Gift card purchases and non-refundable.

Refunds for any prepaid services will be issued if cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. *Deposits are NOT considered prepaid services.

Same-Day Appointments

Due to our 24 hour cancellation policy (detailed above), any deposits and/or services that are prepaid for same-day appointments are non-refundable.
