Hey there! I'm Chanel, known to some as The Dog Whisperer. I graduated from cosmetology school back in 2013, where I learned the importance of precision, hygiene, and client-focused service. That training also gave me an eye for detail and a deep respect for the artistry behind grooming.
Before starting my own business, I spent five years working for a nationally recognized, high-volume pet care retail chain. There, I developed a solid foundation in breed-specific grooming techniques, animal behavior, and product knowledge—from shampoos and skin treatments to tools tailored for different coat types. I worked with pets of all sizes and temperaments, learning how to create a calm, safe, and positive experience for each and every client.
When I’m working with your fur baby, I treat them like family. Their health, comfort, and safety always come first. I’m passionate about delivering top-notch grooming services that leave pets looking great and feeling even better. Whether it’s a first-time puppy trim or a full spa day for a senior dog, I bring patience, skill, and love to every appointment.
